Noise Of Notoriety:

So to begin with ill explain from the top,
The sun above [DOES NOT] have a Nazi swastika,
Rather it Has the rising sun Symbol used by the Buddhist which is more or less the same as the peace symbol used by hippies.
the sun symbolizes the ancient worship of the sun/SunGods in the various Pagan cultures,
its Rays shine upon the "All Seeing Eye" Which represent modern day sungod worship by the masons.

to Islamic Scholars in Islamic Belief This Masonic Sungod is associated and believed to be المسيح الدجّال‎/Awar Al-Dajal(the one eyed deceiver/Antichrist)
whose sole purpose is to Deceive People turn Worship away from god and towards him,and His followers(Masons) prepare the world for his arrival Slowly but surly striping the world its religious belief,
making people turn away from god and pursue the worldly pleasures.So by the time of his arrival People will be deceived and end up believing that he is "God/Christ",

This Plan Is known as the new The World Order & if you flip the dollar bill and look at the back of it you will notice the "Great Seal" and right beneath the pyramid it Says(NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM) which directly translate to "New ordor Worldy/ new wordy order" And above the unfinished pyramid is the "All seeing eye" with the sun shining behind it. And the man in the middle represents Us (humanity) Blinded. Living our lives in cities and nature Under the unseen reign of this "New World Order' unable to see the deception because of the Rain that blinds us and forces us not to care about it, and only care about our selfish worldly desires, Status,Money,Sex,Power and last Notoriety the thing we all secretly seek and thus i called it ( Noise Of Notoriety)


Serenity Of Obscurity:

Now if you had the actual drawing in you hands the effect would have been emphasized better because the "flipping of the drawing" and seeing the 2nd side is symbolic,

it symbolizes that the only way to see "The other side"  is when you take your entire perspective and flip it upside down,

Then and only then would you realize the calm, The Serenity and feel the tranquility of the night sky and ponder upon its magnificence and perfection and realize that there's somewhere out there there is a creator thats so perfect so graceful to have created something with such perfection, Then you will reach a crossroad and realize that the only way to obtain this Serenity this perfection is to abandoned all worldly Desire The wealth...the Power the Notoriety.  and Reach The Serenity of obscurity,
and with obscurity comes isolation from this "Dunya"(Arabic for worldly life) and with that may even come Depression but unlike what this world tells us that's not necessarily a bad thing because as a certain someone thought me.

And this is the Train of thought that the woman in the middle is having while looking at the night sky and realizing the white trees and building around her and a more illuminated world. wanting to turn towards the serenity but not yet reached the point where she can let go of the worldy pleasures.
